LUNCH!

I eat it now! This is a pretty typical one:



I have recently become totally obsessed with Chinese greens - these are Pak Choy; Avocado - my grocer has gorgeous ones for 75 cents; and all sorts of radishes - these are Korean radishes, giant green and white magical things. Also included is a little salmon salad with sweet corn (how they make tuna salad in the UK).
